Absolutely!  We encourage regular practice with these, and in our agency we use them to train new employees as we onboard them!  As each episode is filmed it will go into a library that you can access at anytime.

While we always love working with agents and staff,  we are pricing this at a level that is going to allow us to coach thousands of professionals on an ongoing basis.  For this reason, our focus will not be on individual coaching or consulting at this time.  However, during our live broadcasts, we do always encourage questions and chatting throughout!

Our cancellation policy is simple, if you don't find value in our program or it simply isn't the right fit for your agency let us know, we'll cancel it for you. Simply email, call us or fill out a contact form located at the bottom of this page and in your library. We've got you covered!

Absolutely not, your membership is a flat $99 with no additional fees. Our program is a month to month program with no contracts. 

Refunds for monthly memberships will be honored within 5 days of your draft date. 

Ex: If your membership renews on the 1st, then you have until the 5th to let us know of the refund request, we will gladly refund you the current months subscription no questions asked.
