Having a “connection” throughout our conversations with prospects is not just important, it’s literally EVERYTHING! When your prospect feels connected to you and not just like a number going through a transaction they are a lot more likely to open up on what is important to them, a lot more likely to feel engaged and interested in your conversation, and ultimately, a lot more likely to buy from you!
