On Thursday, October 2nd we will launch our first Coaching Strategies Workshop, an interactive 4 hour session for owners and managers that will take everything that we have learned over Jeremy’s 30 years with Allstate and Kristin’s 10 years serving as the Olson Agency GM and package it up into very concrete coaching strategies that are sure to lead to higher numbers for your agency.
